Gmana kalau Kanzen buat mobil nasional
Berbagai inovasi yang dibuat kanzen, juga telah membuat harum nama produk Indonesia, dimana anak-anak bangsa, Gmana kalau kanzen produksi mobil juga???? Asyik makin banyak mobil nasional yang bakal dinikmati rakyat yang cinta produk dalam negeri.
Hal pertama mungkin yang harus dilakukan, adalah dengan cara mengetes pasar. Kanzen harus mengeluarkan mock-up atau prototipe dulu. Dengan desain yang futuristik, dan harga yang meng-indonesia, pasti brand kanzen akan semakin diakui. Apabila survey dan antusiasme rakyat sudah mulai tumbuh, barulah kanzen memproduksi sendiri.
Indonesia: Negeri Para Pengrajin
Bahkan, beberap produk perajin Indonesia berhasil membuat spare-part mobil-mobil internasional. Maka tidak jarang, polisi sering sekali menggerebek pembuatan spare part palsu yang dinilai merugikan pasar.
Padahal, kemampuan mereka membuat spare part palsu tersebut, kalau dikumpulkan akan menjadi sebuah industri otomotof yang independent. Kreasi orang Indonesia, yang membuat onderdil palsu terbut seharusnya disalurkan ke hal positif. Jadi suatu saat Indonesia akan menjadi perajin, mobil, pesawat, sepeda motor serta mesin-mesin yang dikenal di dunia.

Motor itu adalah motor Kanzen Auriga SMK. Motor merupakan hasil kerjasama produsen motor nasional PT Inti Kanzen Motor dengan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Kini setidaknya ada 13 SMK yang digaet Kanzen.

Bagaimana caranya??? Apa hubungannya Adsense dengan mobil nasional???. Idenya memang sederhana, bagaimana kalau Marlip, GEA atau ARINA membuat blog atau website khusus tentang segala informasi mobil nasional itu. Lalu wesite terbut dipasangi berbagai layanan adsense.
Lalu apa tugasnya para blogger??? Nah di sela-sela hari kerja biasanyakan blogger pada ngeblog. Maka di situ dianjurkan para blogger untuk mengklik adsense tiga website mobil nasional itu.
Bayangkan, kalau jutaan blogger Indonesia ikut mengklik. Berapa penghasilan web itu dalam satu hati. Katakkanlah proyek itu dianggarkan selama setahun saja. Mungkin ratusan ribu dollar akan terkumpul. Lumayankan untuk biaya riset dan dana awal mendirikan pabrik untuk produksi massal mobil nasional tersebut.
Duh ide yah lucu. Tapi lumayankan???? Tertarik??? Kalau ada yang etrtarik segera hubungi management Marlip, GEA, Arina, dan Sebayu mobil produk Tegal tersebut, biar mereka buat wesite atau program referral.

Iran's Nat’l Car Engine
Several car industry experts from Iran and other countries are participating in the two-day seminar, which opened Wednesday.
The first Iran-made engine will go on production from next year with 60 percent of the parts produced domestically. This figure will rise to 90 percent within three years.
Nirou-Moharrekeh Company, a subsidiary of Iran’s largest carmaker Iran Khodro, has manufactured this engine in cooperation with a German company.
One of the main technical advantages of Iran’s 1.7-liter engine is the low consumption and dual-fuel system.

Traktor ''Sebayu 1'' Buatan Tegal
Traktor tangan (hand tractor) berkekuatan 8,5 PK itu dirancang dan dibuat putra-putri terbaik daerah tersebut, selama setahun. Pembuatan alat pengolah lahan pertanian itu dananya banyak di dukung Pemkab Tegal.
Sisanya merupakan hasil kerja sama dengan sejumlah perusahaan mesin dan besi yang berpusat di Lingkungan Industri Kecil Talang Cempaka Baru (LIK Takaru). Antara lain, PT Frint Takaru dan PT Target.

Dalam wawancara dengan BusinessWeek Indonesia bulan lalu, Suparto bersemangat mewujudkan proyek ini guna menghadirkan mobil yang bisa dibeli oleh masyarakat. “Mobil Indonesia”, demikian Suparto menyebutnya. Mesin 500cc sengaja dipilihnya,”Supaya tidak head on dengan saudara-saudara tua kita,” tuturnya. Di Indonesia saat ini belum ada mobil yang bermain di kelas 500cc. Pesaing terdekatnya adalah Daihatsu Ceria 600 cc. “Tapi itu di Malaysia. 600cc versi yang paling murah, di sini mereka tidak masuk,” ujar Suparto. Selain cc yang rendah, desain mobil juga dibuat serbaguna. “Sehingga selain bisa untuk mobil penumpang, mobil ini juga bisa dipakai untuk mengangkut produk-produk pertanian,” tuturnya.
Kemampuan Suparto untuk merancang bangun mesin tidak lagi diragukan. Ia sudah merancang 4 buah mesin, diantaranya adalah mesin 1 silinder disel horizontal—yang sudah menjadi prototype dan diproduksi untuk alat pertanian oleh PT Nefa, di Tegal—mesin disel 1600cc dan 1300cc 4 silinder Indirect Injection (IDI) dan mesin disel 5 silinder 2500cc Direct Injection, twin cam, 4 valve yang dilengkapi turbo intercooler, serta mesin motor bensin 2 silinder 500 cc, yang sekarang menjadi proyek unggulan RUSNAS (Riset Unggulan Strategis Nasional) BPPT. “Dengan blok yang sama, mesin itu bisa menjadi mesin disel dengan perubahan yang sangat minor, dan bisa double, ke gas dan bensin,” ujar Suparto.

Transfer teknologi: Jadikan Tegal jadi pusat "Reverse engineering" di Indonesia
India, China, Iran dan Brazil adalah negara-negara yang sedang tren melakukan strategi ini. Dulupun, US pernah melakukannay atas prosuk militer Jerman dan Uni Sovyet dan begitu juga sebaliknya. Seharusnya pemerintah menjadikan Tegal, dengan segala infrastrukturnya sebagai pusat "Reverse engineering" di Indonesia. Pertama mungkin menjiplak, lalu setelah diketahui pusat inti pergerakan mesinnya lalu dikembangkan ke arah yang lebuh baik sesuai kebutuhan lokal.
Apa itu "Reverse engineering":
Reverse engineering (RE) is the process of discovering the technological principles of a device, object or system through analysis of its structure, function and operation. It often involves taking something (e.g., a mechanical device, electronic component, or software program) apart and analyzing its workings in detail to be used in maintenance, or to try to make a new device or program that does the same thing without copying anything from the original.
Reverse engineering has its origins in the analysis of hardware for commercial or military advantage. The purpose is to deduce design decisions from end products with little or no additional knowledge about the procedures involved in the original production. The same techniques are currently being researched for application to legacy software systems, not for industrial or defense ends, but rather to replace incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise unavailable documentation.
Reasons for reverse engineering:
* Interoperability.
* Lost documentation: Reverse engineering often is done because the documentation of a particular device has been lost (or was never written), and the person who built it is no longer available. Integrated circuits often seem to have been designed on obsolete, proprietary systems, which means that the only way to incorporate the functionality into new technology is to reverse-engineer the existing chip and then re-design it.
* Product analysis. To examine how a product works, what components it consists of, estimate costs, and identify potential patent infringement.
* Security auditing.
* Removal of copy protection, circumvention of access restrictions.
* Creation of unlicensed/unapproved duplicates.
* Academic/learning purposes.
* Curiosity
* Competitive technical intelligence (understand what your competitor is actually doing versus what they say they are doing)
* Learning: Learn from others mistakes. Do not make the same mistakes that others have already made and subsequently corrected
US, Europe Automakers Mulling SAIPA
Mehrdad Bazrpash noted that the global economic downturn has also prompted a number of European automakers to consider selling shares to SAIPA.
He said that some of the European automakers that are now interested in cooperating with SAIPA were the ones that showed no interest in the past, ISNA reported.
SAIPA has joint projects with Citroen and Renault of France, Nissan of Japan, and Kia Motors of South Korea. Saipa exported over $150 million worth of automobiles and spare parts in 2008. The figure indicates a 30-percent growth over the previous year.
The company expects $300 million from its exports during March 2009-2010.

Mobil 7 penumpang ini mengusung mesin Campro CPS 1,6 liter bertenaga maksimal 125 hp.
Tahun 2014, Tegal Akan Produksi Mobil Daerah (Mobda) pertama di Indonesia
Mobil masa depan tersebut dirancang teknisi-teknisi lokal bekerja sama dengan Balai Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (BPPT) Bandung.
Desain mobil dengan roda empat itu sudah disusun oleh tim sejak 2000 lalu. Kini, mesin mobil sudah selesai dibuat, sedangkan kerangka mobil dalam proses pembuatan.
